I had order two oil pomade when I finally received my items I got one item that I didn’t ordered when I emailed the company I was told that was what I ordered when I told them no it wasn’t than I was told that’s what they had, even though on their website the item was marked as sold out that was the item I received disappointed.

Ordered a pomade. They Sent the wrong one. Tried to resend the correct one , but the 2nd one was still incorrect. Was just told it’s correct, after i literally sent the picture (from the confirmation email) of the correct one. No refund offered.

Placed an order on the 31st of Aug. I’ve e-mailed
your contact email but I’ve seem to get no response. For over 3 weeks now.
Just wanted to ask how long shipping would take? I understand there’s delays due to covid-19. Just wanted to get a rough estimation. I’ve placed my order on the 1st of September.
